Hallo, ihr Lieben. Schon wieder ist es Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung auf dem Stempelküche-Challenge-Blog. Angesichts der bevorstehenden Elternfeiertage lautet unser Thema diesmal "die Besten", und damit ist natürlich niemand anderes gemeint, als die beste Mama bzw. der beste Papa der Welt.
Hi all you crafters out there! Today it's time again for a new challenge at the Stempelküche challenge blog. With respect to the upcoming parents' celebration days (in Germany we're going to celebrate Father's Day on the 5th and Mother's Day on the 8th of May) we want you to show us cards you've made for some the best people in your lifes, which are of course the best mom or the best dad.

Da die beiden Tage bei uns in diesem Jahr so nahe beieinander liegen, habe ich mich entschlossen, zur Abwechslung einmal eine Karte für beiden Elternteile gemeinsam zu machen. Denn das Schwierige am Elternsein ist ja manchmal auch das gemeinsame und einvernehmliche Entscheiden in Erziehungsfragen und dafür, dass sie das so toll geschafft haben, haben sie denke ich auch ein dickes Lob verdient. Und damit es nicht so aussieht, als wolle ich mir mit der einen Karte einfach nur Arbeit sparen, habe ich diese eine Karte auch besonders aufwendig gestaltet. Ich hoffe, sie wird meinen Eltern gefallen.
As this year both Father's Day and Mother's Day are so close together (which usually isn't the case), I decided to create one card for both parents for a change. Because sometimes the difficulty about parenthood also is the finding of common agreements on education and a lot of parents also deserve a huge praise for having steered this course successfully. To assure my parents that this isn't simply an excuse for being lazy I created a rather elaborate shaker card. I hope that they will like it.
