Auf meiner heutigen Karte habe ich zwei meiner Weihnachtsgeschenke eingeweiht: die "Scribble Roses"- und die "Layered Leaves"-Stanzen von My Favorite Things.
For today's card I've made first use of two of my Christmas presents - the "Scribble Roses" and the "Layered Leaves" dies by My Favorite Things.

Ich habe sie aus Aquarellpapier ausgestanzt, das ich zuvor mit Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markern koloriert habe, und vor einen mit Distress Inks gewischten Hintergrund gesetzt.
I cut them all from watercolor paper which I had colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. That done I glued them onto a panel sponged with Distress Inks.

Besonders gut gefällt mir daran, dass sie vom Motiv und vom Spruch her so vielseitig ist. Als Blumengruß für eine liebe Freundin eignet sie sich ebensogut wie als Muttertags- oder Genesungskarte.
What I love most about this card is that it's totally versatile. The German greeting reads "for you" so you could not only use this card as a floral greeting for a deer friend but also as mother's day or get well card.
