Na, wie geht es euch so kurz vorm Wochenende? Ich habe eine stressige Woche hinter mir mit extrem wenig Zeit zum Basteln. Gerade mal eine halbe Stunde blieb mir gestern Abend, und in der wollte ich unbedingt etwas fertig machen. Da fiel mir wieder dieser schöne bunte Schmetterling in die Hand, den ich schon während der ersten 30 Coloring Challenge gemacht hatte. Lange Zeit hatte ich mich nicht dazu durchringen können, an diesem schönen Motiv herumzuschneiden oder -stanzen, aber gestern musste er dran glauben.
So how are you doing shortly before starting into the weekend? I'm just waving good-bye to an extremely stressful week which allowed me close to no time for crafting. I only had half an hour yesterday evening, and I desperately wanted to finish a whole project in that short space of time. While searching for something I could put together quickly I stumbled across this wonderfully colorful butterfly again, which I created in the course of the first 30 Day Coloring Challenge. For quite some time I didn't have the heart to cut this beauty apart, but yesterday the day had finally come.

Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich mehr als zufrieden! Mit den konstrastierenden schwarzen Details und den tollen Pailletten von Pretty Pink Posh sieht er noch viel, viel schöner aus als vorher. Koloriert hatte ich den Schmetterling ehemals mit Pan Pastels, nachdem ich ihn zuvor mit Versamark aufgestempelt hatte.
I'm more than satisfied with the outcome! The contrasting black details and the beautifully shimmering sequins by Pretty Pink Posh make his colors stand out even more than before. To color the large butterfly I had previously used Pan Pastels after having stamped the image with Versamark.
