Quak, Quak

Die lustigen Frösche von Create A Smile Stamps sind schon vor längerer Zeit bei mir eingezogen, aber erst jetzt bin ich dazu gekommen, mich mit ihnen zu beschäftigen.
It's already been a while since I purchased Create A Smile Stamps' fun frog stamp set, but only recently I found the time to play with it.


Den kleinen Kerl und die beiden Pilze habe ich mit Polychromos koloriert, und die beiden Landschaftselemente, Teich und Ufer, habe ich mit Distress Inks gewischt. Da die Szene vor dem weißen Kartenrohling etwas kontrastarm wirkte, wollte ich sie mit einem kleinen Farbtupfer etwas aufpeppen. Dazu habe ich ein Stück Butterbrotpapier mit Distress Oxide Ink in "Fossilzed Amber" eingefärbt, kreisförmig zurechtgerissen und hinter die Szene geklebt.
I colored the critter and the toadstools with Polychromos. The two landscape die-cuts - the pond and the bank - were sponged with Distress Inks. As the contrast of the finished scene in front of the white card base was a bit poor I decited to add another splash of color. To do so, I sponged a piece of sandwich paper with Distress Oxide Ink in "Fossilized Amber", tore it into a circle form and glued it behind my scene.
