Es ist wieder so weit: Gestern startete der zweite Coffee-Lovers-Blog-Hop des Jahres. Passend zur Saison sind diesmal herbstliche Kaffee-Karten (alternativ auch Tee- oder Kakaokarten) gefragt. Hier mein Beitrag:
It's that time again – Yesterday marked the start of the second Coffee Lovers Blog Hop for this year. In keeping with the season we're asked to create autumn themed coffee (or tea or hot chocolate) cards. This is what I came up with:

Blöderweise hatte ich beim Stempeln der Szene ganz vergessen, dass zum Schluss ja noch irgendein Grußtext auf die Karte soll. Hätte ich da mal besser den aufsteigenden Dampf aus der Tasse weggelassen. Jetzt musste ich den Text halt drüberstempeln. Sieht nicht ganz so toll aus, aber so ist es nun mal.
Silly enough I forgot to think of a greeting when stamping my scene. If only I had done without the little steam clouds rising up from my coffee cup! Then I could have stamped my greeting right above the cup which would have looked much better. As is was I had to stamp the greeting above the steam. It doesn't look real good, but that's the way it is.

Die verwendeten Stempel stammen übrigens von Create A Smile Stamps und Lawn Fawn. Koloriert habe ich die Szene mit Polychromos.
For this card I've combined stamps by Create A Smile Stamps and Lawn Fawn. For my coloring I've used Polychromos pencils.
