Hallo ihr Lieben! Auf meinen heutigen Post freue ich mich schon seit geraumer Zeit, denn ich darf nun endlich verraten, dass ich für die nächsten beiden Monate große Ehre habe, als Suprise Party Guest bei Seize the Birthday dabei zu sein!

Meine erste Karte für die Challenge ist ein für mich eher ungewöhnliches Projekt, denn ich habe ausnahmsweise einmal keinerlei Stempel und/oder Stanzen verwendet. Die große 40 habe ich mit meiner Silhouette Cameo geschnitten und den Grußtext habe ich am Computer erstellt und mit einem Laserdrucker ausgegeben, damit ich ihn anschließend mit in einem Laminiergerät mit Goldfolie überziehen konnte. So richtig Gebastelt habe ich v.a. bei dem farbenfrohen Hintergrund. Der ist nämlich mit Alcohol Inks entstanden, die ich mit etwas Blending Solution auf Yupo-Papier fröhich habe ineinanderfließen lassen.
My first card for this challenge is a rather unusual one for me because I did neither use any stamps or dies on this project. Instead I cut the large number my Silhouette Cameo and printed the German greeting (reading "40, too, is only just a number") with a laser printer in order to foil it afterwards with some gold foil in a laminator. The real hands-on crafting was done on the background panel. This came together mixing two Alcohol Inks and a good portion of Blending Solution on Yupo paper.
