Kalt ist es in den letzten Tagen geworden, windig und nass. Der Herbst zieht ins Land, und das heißt, es wird Zeit, die Sommerstempel wegzupacken, und stattdessen Herbst-, Winter- und Weihnachtsmotive aus dem Regal zu holen. Weihnachtskarten habe ich in den letzten Tagen schon ein paar gemacht. Daher habe ich mich diesmal für eine Herbstkarte entschieden.
It's become cold over the last few days, windy and wet. Autumn is dawning on us, time to put away our summer stamps and take autumn, winter and Christmas stamps from the shelf. I've already shared a few Christmas cards recently, thus, I decided to create my first autumn card for this year.

Nach längerer Zeit habe ich dazu wieder eines der niedlichen Motive von Purple Onion Designs koloriert. Der kleinen Eule macht der Herbst eindeutig Spaß. Die Kälte macht ihr dabei offenbar nichts aus. Sie springt einfach durch den bunten Laubteppich und flattert sich warm. Das sollte ich wohl auch mal probieren.
After quite a while, I chose a cute image by Purple Onion Designs for my card. The little owl obviously enjoys the current season. He doesn't seem to mind the cold at all but simply flutters through the colorful pile of leaves to find some warmth. I wonder if I should try this myself next time.
