Hello Midnight Kitty

Die kleine Midnight ist ein großer Halloween-Fan. Sobald der Herbst beginnt, stöbert sie in ihrer Verkleidungskiste und wartet auf den großen Tag. Heute probiert sie schon einmal ihr Hexenkostüm aus.
Little Midnight is a huge Halloween fan. At the first dawn of autumn she rummages through her box of fancy dresses and waits for the great day to come. Today she's trying on her witch costume.



Für mich hat Halloween ja keine große Bedeutung, aber wenn es nach meiner Tochter ginge, könnte Karneval nahtlos in Halloween übergehen und umgekehrt. Die süße Midnight hat es ihr besonders angetan, zum einen, weil sie Katzen liebt, zum anderen, weil sie sich im Herbst sehr gerne als Hexe verkleidet. Diese Karte habe ich für sie gebastelt. Koloriert habe ich die süße Kitty mit Copics. Den Hintergrund habe ich zur Abwechslung mal nicht farbig gewischt, sondern mit Stanzteilen aus verschiedenen Farbkartons erstellt.
To me Halloween is of no great importance. If it were up to my daughter, though, Carnival and Halloween could megre seamlessly. Cute Midnight is especially dear to her because she loves cats a lot and she loves to put on her witch costume in autumn a lot. Thus, I've made this card for her. I colored little Midnight with Copics. For a change, I did not do any sponging on my background here, but instead used die-cuts made from differently colored cardstocks.
