Zum sechsten Mal startete gestern der Coffee Lovers Blog Hop (bei dem selbstverständlich auch Teetrinker und Kakaoliebhaber mitmachend dürfen). Ich bin heute zum dritten Mal dabei, und weil aller guten Dinge drei sind, und zudem gerade Advent ist und die Giveaways gerade wie Pilze aus dem Boden schießen (so zumindest scheint es mir), habe ich am Ende des Posts auch eine kleine Überraschung für euch. Aber zunächst einmal zu meiner Karte.
Yesterday marked the start of the the sixth Coffee Lovers Blog Hop (of course tea and hot chocolate fans are also invited to take part in the hop). I'm hopping along for the third time today, and as all good things come in threes and the Christmas spirit is in the air and giveaways seem to spring up everywhere like mushrooms (at least I get this impression) I, too, have a little surprise for you at the end of this post. But first let's turn to my card.

Mein Hauptmotiv ist diesmal ein Eigendesign. Den kleinen Bären mit dem Becher habe ich bereits im Herbst für meinen Liebsten zum Geburtstag gezeichnet und auf einer Kaffeetasse verewigt. Als Amy kürzlich den Holiday Coffee Lovers Blog Hop ankündigte, erinnerte ich mich wieder an den kleinen Kerl, und weil ich finde, dass es zu schade wäre, ihn nur einmal benutzt zu haben, habe ich ihn kurzerhand auf dieser Karte verewigt. Koloriert habe ich ihn mit einer Mischung aus Polychromos- und Prismacolor-Stiften. Der Grußtext und die Schneeflocken im Hintergrund stammen aus diversen Lawn-Fawn-Stempelsets. Für das Layout der Karte habe ich mich vom aktuellen Sketch bei CAS(E) this Sketch inspirieren lassen.
This time, my focal image is my own design. I already drew the little bear with the mug this autumn and had it printed on a coffee mug to give it to my hubby for his birthday. When Amy recently announced the Holiday Coffee Lovers Blog Hop I remembered the little guy. And as I thought it would be a pity to only have used it once for this purpose I decided to get him out again and make a card with him. I've colored him using Polychromos and Prismacolor pencils. The greeting and the tiny snowflakes in the back are taken from various Lawn Fawn sets. For the layout of this card I've been inspired by the current sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch.

Hier noch ein Blick auf die Kaffeetasse, die ich für meinen Schatz zum Geburtstag gemacht habe.

Und nun zu meiner Überraschung. Weil ich finde, dass das Motiv durchaus auch öfter als nu zweimal verwendet werden darf, stelle ich mein Bärchen heute als Freebie zum Download zur Verfügung. Zum Herunterladen, das Bild zunächst zum Vergrößern anklicken, dann noch einmal mit der rechten Maustaste anklicken und den Befehl "Grafik speichern unter" wählen.
