Schon wieder sind zwei Wochen vorbei und es wird Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung auf dem Stempelküche-Challenge-Blog. Diesmal dreht sich bei uns alles um Tiere, d.h. wir möchten von euch Karten mit kleinen oder großen Crittern sehen.
Again, two weeks have passed and it's time again for a new challenge at the Stempelküche challenge blog. This time it's all about animals, which means we want you to create cards with critters of all kinds be they small or large that's up to you.

Auf meiner Beispielkarte habe ich ein paar neue Goodies von My Favorite Things eingeweiht. Den kleinen Affen aus dem Set "Cheeky Monkey" habe ich mit Buntstiften koloriert die Stanzteile (Baum und Rasen) sowie der Hintergrund sind mit Distress Inks gewischt. Der Grußtext ist eine Kombination aus Texten zweier verschiedener Stempelsets von My Favorite Things. Bei den Äffchen waren zwar ein paar ganz nette Sprüche dabei, aber keiner, der mit auf Anhieb so richtig gefiel, also habe ich das "Let's Go Nuts" aus dem "Forest Friends"-Set mithilfe eines Spruchs aus dem Affenset kurzerhand in ein "Let's Go Bananas" umgewandelt. Inhaltlich kommts ja auf das Gleiche raus.
For my inspiration card I've made use of some new to me crafty stuff by My Favorite Things. I colored in the little monkey from the "Cheeky Monkey" set with colored pencils and sponged the die-cuts (grass and tree) as well as the background with Distress Inks. For the greeting I've combined two sentiments from two different sets by My Favorite Things. There are some really fun sentiments that come with the monkey set but I didn't really like them for this special card. That's why I changed the "Let's Go Nuts" from the "Forest Friends" set with the help of a sentiment from the monkey set into a "Let's Go Bananas". Which means the same anyway.
