Sending Love & Hugs

Nach all den niedlichen Critter-Karten in der letzten Zeit wollte ich mal wieder etwas Florales kolorieren. Inspiriert hat mich die aktuelle Juni-Challenge auf dem Altenew-Blog. 
After all those cute critter cards I made lately I felt like coloring some floral images again, and I've been inspired by Altenew's current June challenge.


Die Motive habe ich mit "Antique Linen" Distress Ink auf Aquarellpapier gestempelt und mit Peerless Watercolors koloriert. Grundsätzlich bin ich dabei genauso vorgegangen wie auf dieser Karte, allerdings wollte ich die Koloration diesmal noch lockerer gestalten und habe bewusst Pinsel verwendet, die mehr Wasser speichern, und zum Schluss noch ein paar Farbspritzer zugefügt. Den Grußtext habe ich mit Versamark gestempelt und mit goldenem Prägepulver embossed-
I stamped all my images onto watercolor paper using "Antique Linen" Distress Ink and colored them with Peerless Watercolors. Basically I used the same technique as on this card but tried to achive an even more loose look. That's why I used brushed that load a bit more water and addes some colorful splatters in the end. The greeting is stamped with Versamark ink and embossed with superfine gold embossing powder.
