Es ist Mittwoch und mal wieder Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung auf dem Stempelküche-Challenge-Blog. Das Thema der nächsten beiden Wochen lautet "Kranz", und meine Beispielkarte dazu sieht so aus:
It's Wednesday and time again for a new challenge over at the Stempelküche challenge blog. Our prompt for the next fortnight is "wreath", and this is my inspiration card for you:

Ich habe mehrere kleine Rentiere von Mama Elephant kreisförmig angeordnet und mit wasserfester Tinte auf Aquarellpapier gestempelt. Anschließend habe ich sie mit Aquarellmarkern koloriert und ein paar kleinere Details mit Aquarellstiften hinzugefügt. Die fertig kolorierten Rentiere habe ich maskiert und dann mit Tannenzweigstempeln und zwei unterschiedlichen Grüntönen den Kranz hinzugestempelt.
I arranged several little agenda reindeers by Mama Elephant in a circle and stamped them onto watercolor paper using waterproof ink. I then colored them with watercolor markers and added a few details with watercolor pencils. After I was finished I masked off the reindeers and added a few branches in two different greens to create my wreath.

Zum Schluss habe ich den Kranz noch mit kleinen Sternpailletten geschmückt und ein paar Akzente mit Glossy Accents gesetzt, z.B. auf dem Stern und dem Kranz, den zwei der Rentiere halten, sowie den kleinen Näschen der süßen Kerle.
To finish off my card I decorated the wreath with a few star sequins and and added some details with Glossy Accents, for example on the star and the wreath two of the reindeers carry as well as on the cute guys' little noses.

Leider ist mir während des Kolorierens bei zwei Rentieren (demjenigen, das die Geschenke trägt, und dem mit der Lichterkette) die Farbe ausgelaufen, wodurch das Endergebnis etwas matschig wirkt. Ansonsten bin ich ganz zufrieden mit dem lustigen Rentierkrantz.
Unfortunately my paint bled while coloring two of the reindeers (the one, who carries the presents and the one with the fairy lights) making the overall result look a bit sloppy. Otherwise I'm rather happy with the fun wreath I created.
